Whether and to what extent you can receive social benefits also depends on your right of residence.
As a citizen of the European Union you are generally entitled to benefits as long as you exercise your rights to free movement (→ EU Citizens). In case of a dispute with the social authorities, we can represent you in an appeal procedure and before social welfare court.
We will also advise you if the authorities reduce your benefits under the Asylum Seekers' Benefits Act (AsylbLG). If the reduction is unlawful, we will lobby the authorities or the courts to ensure that you receive your full benefits.
